One Service: 10:00 a.m.

Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. I thank my God upon every remembrance of you, always in every prayer of mine making request for you all with joy, for your fellowship in the gospel from the first day until now, being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ; just as it is right for me to think this of you all, because I have you in my heart, inasmuch as both in my chains and in the defense and confirmation of the gospel, you all are partakers with me of grace.” Philippians 1:2-8

The words above convey the sentiments of my heart for the Kingdom Life Cathedral Ministries Family. I believe with all my heart in the theme of our ministry this year that this is “Our Fruit Bearing Year” both corporately and individually. We are celebrating seventy-five (75) years of continuous ministry here in the eastern panhandle of West Virginia. However, the ministry of this church from its humble beginnings in the hamlet of Johnsontown, West Virginia to Ranson, West Virginia has and continues to make its impact around the world. We are indeed birthing people of purpose, passion and power. Understanding our Kingdom Responsibility to remain “Committed to God, to Celebrate one another and to Cultivate Community”. This charge is being fulfilled as worshippers of every race, creed and color have come together to see the kingdom established here in the earth. We are as the prophet Isaiah proclaims:

“The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon Me, Because the LORD has anointed Me To preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives, And the opening of the prison to those who are bound; 2 To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, And the day of vengeance of our God; To comfort all who mourn, 3 To console those who mourn in Zion, To give them beauty for ashes, The oil of joy for mourning, The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; That they may be called trees of righteousness, The planting of the LORD, that He may be glorified.” 4 And they shall rebuild the old ruins, They shall raise up the former desolations, And they shall repair the ruined cities, The desolations of many generations.”

It has been a real joy for me to serve these past ten (10) years as pastor of this great body of believers. It is a joy to experience freedom in Christ as our faith increases daily. We are truly walking in His grace and experiencing His glory to serve this present generation with the love of Jesus. We are more than ever convinced that the deal is still on!!
